The Problem:
This poured concrete wall was leaking along a vertical crack. It started at the steel form ties, where rust expanded the metal until the concrete fractured, and water was pushing through. Left alone, that kind of intrusion damages framing, flooring, and furniture.
Our Approach:
First, we apply a surface-seal epoxy to close the crack and hold the plastic injection ports in place. Then we inject a two-part polyurethane through those ports. The urethane expands up to 25 times its liquid volume into a closed-cell foam that pushes through the full depth of the crack and fills the entire void, forming a watertight seal from front to back.
The Result:
A dry, sealed wall and a problem handled before it ever reached the finished space. Minimally invasive going in, and no more water coming through.
